Actors, sources and instruments of international and EU law

Short description – This module will provide participants with the main notions and technical knowledge of EU and international law necessary to better understand the specialist contents analysed in the Master’s core courses. Specific attention will be devoted to international and European contentious cases, as well as to EU competition policy and EU external relations with non-Member States, such as the United States, BRICs, and African Mediterranean Countries.
