Risk regulation. Law and Politics

Short description – This module will offer an in depth examination of several aspects related to risk regulation – such as the scientific evaluation of facts (risk assessment) and the management of factual situations of risk (risk management) –, in order to provide students with the knowledge necessary to determine which risks are worth being regulated, as well as the technical and decision-making procedures to be followed. Corporate social responsibility and the responsibility of multinational corporations will also be the subject of in-depth analysis.
